We provide live chat assistance 7-days a week, 8.00am to 12.00am (midnight) [Thai time]. Of course, there are times when we're away from the keyboard, and that can delay our response time. If you request a live chat when we're away from the keyboard, we get a notification on our smartphones. However, regardless of our location at the time of your request, we'll join you as soon as we can.
For security reasons, our chat assistant will not provide answers to availability enquiries, ie. people checking if specific dates are available. Such enquiries should be submitted using the reservations form which collects all relevant information that we need to see if we can accommodate your group. Remember, you're under no obligation by submitting a reservations enquiry.
If we're offline, or if we don't respond to your live chat request before you close the chat window, you can use the contact form or submit a reservations enquiry and we'll reply as soon as we can. Please be aware that if we haven't communicated by email before, our emails will probably land in your Spam/Junk folder, so please keep your eye on those folders for our replies!
We deal with ALL enquiries by email for good reason. Emails allow us to back track through any previous conversations that we've had, and each email from you serves as a task for us to follow up. Between 8.00am and 12.00am (midnight) [Thai time], we usually reply to emails within the hour, or sooner.
