Our reservations staff look after you from your first point of contact, all the way through to your arrival at the airport. Then our villa manager takes over and looks after you during your stay and makes sure you return to the airport safely and on time.
There are usually 3 staff who perform the roles of Chef, Room Maid and Gardener. In addition to this, we have a Villa Manager that can assist you during check-in, check-out and with anything during your stay. Day to day, the in-house villa staff can deal with all your needs, and the villa manager is just a phone call or email away.
Our villa manager can be your focal point for any special needs during your stay. Our guest comments have references to her excellent service to our guests. She'll be the one to organise any daytrips that you're interested in. Need something special? Consider it taken care of.
Our chef works in a very well-equipped kitchen. The food standards are very high, and we're proud to be able to cook any Thai dish and present it beautifully, and with a smile. Western-style dishes, including comfort food for the kids, can also be requested.
Whilst our chefs will prepare some great food for you, groceries, fruits, drinks, snacks etc are at your cost, and managed daily between you and our villa manager.
Meals can be selected by name, or by choosing from the Thai Cooking Books. Our villa manager or chef talks you about who wants what meals for the day and the next day too, so they're well prepared.
